Karen Jordan has been actively involved with various types of Real Estate from Short Sales to REO Properties since 2006. Karen has an outstanding team that serves four counties; Contra Costa, Alameda, Stanislaus and San Joaquin. Full service real estate services specializing in listing homes and selling them for top dollar, short sales, working with investors, and helping buyers find the perfect home. Karen also runs the property management division at Home Buyers Realty - HBR Rentals.

Karen joined Home Buyers Realty in 2006 and has been working with Eva and Ron Cedillo for almost her entire Real Estate career. At Home Buyer's Realty, we pride ourselves on being experts in bringing home buyers and home sellers together throughout the TRACY area. With a seasoned staff of brokers and agents, no one knows our area better!

Karen moved to Tracy when she was 10 years old. She graduated from Tracy High and prides herself on being a hometown girl. She loves her community and is actively involved in local networking chapters such as BNI Tracy Givers and Central Valley Association of Realtors Marketing weekly marketing meetings. She is a breast cancer survivor and each year host the PINK PARTY which raises funds for The AVON Walk for Breast Cancer. With the help of her family and community Karen has helped raise over $15,000 towards the fight against breast cancer. 

When not selling homes Karen enjoys spending time with her husband and her two sons! Karen's motto is always to: Do what you love, love what you do!!
